Neon Trees - 1983

The track is titled 1983 and may as well be a post punk influenced rock and roll band from the era. However, there is something unique about this track that sounds modern that I just can't put my finger on. With all the pop and electronic influenced music dominating music, this is a breath of fresh air in this era. Glad to see real instruments still kicking ass in the radio. For once, radio execs has some brains (and good taste). Check out their other track "Your Surrender" which features an awesome tremolo line.
